Why Cachet

Work Life Balance

Too much of work ends up creating stress that no one needs it in their lives. At end of the day, we all look for a work life balance. And, we have it in Cachet. Cachet is like a second home to its employees… home away from home. Reasons are many why a Cachetarian looks so contented... The work atmosphere is such that it keeps the inspiration fire on all the time with well-fitted amusement filled activities every so often... like at the end of every month, employees Birthdays are celebrated with lunch in the noon and cake and coke in the evening. Games like ‘Quiz Me Folks’, ‘Whats on your mind’?, are played.
Annual picnic is organized in January every year. Rather than calling it a Picnic Day, it is so right to call it a ‘Family Day’. All employees come with their spouse and children. Purpose is ‘know your pariwar’... a sense of belonging. Annual Cricket Match is held every year with the Group Companies.

Hence, the Field Managers are kept well equipped with information of latest developments in the field of medical sciences and marketing and selling skills. Corporate Managers attend various seminars, conferences and workshops to update themselves.

Induction

HR conducts the Induction Programme in the Corporate Office. As part of Induction Programme, Company’s culture, vision and its mission are shared with the new employee. Taking the new employee around to show the office premises and formally introduce to all other employees is a ritual here. Policies, processes and procedures are explained to the new employee enabling him/her to be less dependent from the very first day. In the Field, Senior Field Personnel formally conduct the Induction Programme for a minimum of two-days.
